Refund Policy
Ensuring your rights is our priority.
Please note that eSIM products are digital products. Once the code is "scanned" or "used", it cannot be refunded except in cases of technical defects.
1. When am I eligible for a refund?
You can receive a full refund in the following cases:
- If the QR Code was not delivered via email.
- If the QR Code is defective and does not work (screenshot proof of the error message must be provided).
- If a technical issue occurs from the operator side preventing service completely, and the support team failed to resolve it.
2. Cases not covered by refund
- If you purchased the SIM and your device does not support eSIM technology.
- If you changed your mind after scanning the code and installing the SIM.
- If you are in an area with no local network coverage (coverage must be checked before purchase).
- If you deleted the SIM from phone settings by mistake (the code cannot be reinstalled).
3. How to request a refund
Please contact our support team via support@waslesim.com mentioning the order number and describing the issue. Requests will be processed within 3-5 business days.
